- No Refunds
- Refunds are not available under any circumstances. All purchases are considered final sale.
- Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted only within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged uniforms will not be accepted for exchange.
- Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please contact us within the allowed time frame with your order details.
- Once approved, you may exchange for the correct size or another available uniform item.
- Order Pick-Up Timeline
- Uniform orders will be available for student pick-up within 6–7 days after the order is placed.
- Parents/guardians will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
